Experience: Workday: 5 years (Required) Project Management: 5 years (Required) workday procedures in security: 5 years (Required) Agile: 5 years (Required) Job Description: Technical Project Manager Overview We are seeking a dedicated Technical Project Manager for a project, likely requiring full-time dedication. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with Workday implementation and managing large, complex Workday environments. A background in promoting the Agile Mindset, Agile Marketing Values, and principles, along with experience in Workday procedures and security, will be highly beneficial. The role may require occasional onsite presence, focusing on multiple workstreams including Red/Purple team testing, cybersecurity training, malware remediation, threat hunting, and OT Security / Cyber-Physical Security. Responsibilities Agile Promotion and Coaching: Promote the Agile Mindset and Agile Marketing Values and Principles within the organization. Coach team(s) on Agile principles and protect their capacity from distractions. Facilitate ceremonies and remove impediments to the process or mindset as they arise. Build knowledge and practical understanding of Agile best practices and JIRA in teams and the wider organization. Champion Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban, and help the organization, teams, and stakeholders understand their value. Encourage data-driven decision-making and experimentation with a test and learn approach. Provide consistent and impactful feedback to individuals and teams related to Agile Ways of Working. Regularly assess Agile maturity and actively coach for higher levels of growth. Project Management: Use JIRA proficiently, creating queries and filters to quickly find and manage issues, and support onboarding new team members. Ensure the backlog is groomed, upcoming work is detailed, defined, and 'Ready' for the team to pick up. Typically work 2-4 sprints out on gathering requirements, meeting with stakeholders, and defining dependencies. Ensure the backlog is ready for Sprint Planning meetings. Understand general marketing tactics, processes, and requirements for the execution of tactics. Oversee multiple workstreams aligned with Red/Purple team testing, cybersecurity training, tabletops, malware remediation/threat hunting, and OT Security / Cyber-Physical Security. Workday Implementation: Manage and execute Workday implementations and other complex Workday environments. Apply Workday procedures and security measures in project management processes. Ensure compliance with relevant standards and protocols in Workday projects. Technical Procedures and Documentation: Create comprehensive technical procedures and documentation for developers and technical support teams to be utilized post-go-live of the Workday ERP system. Develop processes and procedures to support Workday Reports and Integrations, requiring expertise with Workday, including Prism Analytics and Extend Development Platform. Deliverables: Implementation of technical controls. Change management processes. Secure development and code promotion. Tenant update release procedures. Integration migration process. Creation of technical procedures for report and integration administration. Incident response plans. Creation of security baseline standards. Policy and procedure development or improvement.
