Analyze business requirements and design integration solutions that are scalable, reliable, and secure. Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code. Prepare solutions by determining and designing system specifications, applying robust architectural patterns, applying coding standards, and programming. Lead and facilitate design reviews and code reviews. Lead and facilitate pre-production risk assessments and reviews. Assist with code build and deployment processes. Mentor development team members to help them succeed in their assignments. Protect operations by improving security and by keeping information confidential. Accomplish Client's mission by completing related results as needed. Support and develop Clients and the technology team by providing advice, coaching, and educational opportunities. Follow established HIPAA, Compliance & Security policies. Skills and Experience Required: Required: 8+ years software development experience. Experience with C# Knowledge of architecture and software fundamentals, design, and debugging. 5+ years of experience with webMethods development, including Integration Server, Trading Networks, Designer, and BPM. Knowledge of Unit Testing and Performance Tuning and Optimization Desired: Agile Software Development Methods DevOps CI/CD Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other four-year degree with significant Computer Programming OR equivalent experience.
