As an Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing Oracle Cloud solutions and providing support and guidance to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Oracle Cloud applications, particularly in functional areas such as Finance, Human Capital Management (HCM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Customer Experience (CX). Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud solutions. Configure Oracle Cloud applications to meet client needs, ensuring best practices are followed. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations to educate clients on Oracle Cloud functionalities. Provide support during all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of Oracle Cloud applications with existing systems. Perform data migration, data validation, and system testing activities as part of Oracle Cloud implementations. Create documentation related to Oracle Cloud configurations, processes, and user manuals. Stay updated with Oracle Cloud updates, patches, and new functionalities, and advise clients on their impact and benefits. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud applications, working with Oracle Support as needed. Participate in pre-sales activities, including proposal development, estimations, and client presentations.
