The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordination, tracking, and reporting, with significant experience in end-user deployment. Key Responsibilities: PM needs to dive deep to understand how the system will work and surface concerns when one groups deliverables or timelines may impact anothers not just someone managing a project plan Experience building large-scale systems is preferred, especially in the areas of records management or document management Project Coordination: Organize and manage project tasks, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery. Tracking: Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Identify and resolve issues that may arise. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. End-User Deployment: Manage and oversee the deployment process to end-users, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency. Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, and ensure project alignment with business goals. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Required Skills: Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects of varying sizes and complexity. Coordination: Strong ability to coordinate tasks and resources effectively. Tracking and Reporting: Proficiency in tracking project progress and generating comprehensive reports. End-User Deployment: Extensive experience in managing end-user deployment projects.
