| From: Dolly Rawat, TEK INSPIRATIONS LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - 15+ years of experience Title: SAP S/4 Plant Maintenance (PM) Lead Omaha, NE Hybrid (3 Weeks Travel (Monday - Thursday) + 1 Week Remote) - Expenses Covered Duration: 12+ Months Responsibilities Project Leadership: Lead the SAP PM module migration from ECC to S/4Hana, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure business needs are met. Technical Expertise: Provide deep functional expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules. Ensure data integrity and successful data migration for the PM module. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the PM module during the migration process. Collaboration: Work closely with functional and technical teams, including SAP consultants, business analysts, and IT staff. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure successful adoption of S/4Hana by end-users. Liaise with external vendors and consultants as necessary to support the migration project. Quality Assurance: Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for the PM module. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for SAP migrations. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 15+ years experience in SAP 7+ full lifecycle SAP implementations 3+ full lifecycle Experience with migrations from ECC to S4Hana (Brownfield Experience) Extensive experience (10+ years) in SAP Plant Maintenance implementation and migration projects. Proven expertise in the Plant Maintenance module functionalities, including configuration and customization. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
