The Lead Developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust IAM solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success. Qualifications: - Education and Experience: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IAM with a focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Proven experience leading development teams and delivering complex IAM projects. - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ development, including connectors, workflows, rules, and API integration. - Strong understanding of IAM concepts, such as user provisioning, access certification, and role management. - Experience with directory services (LDAP, Active Directory), databases (SQL), and web services (REST, SOAP). - Proficient in programming and scripting languages such as Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, and PowerShell. - Soft Skills: - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: - SailPoint IdentityIQ certification. - Experience with other IAM tools and technologies. - Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards related to IAM (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
