Description: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in large IT implementation projects. At least 3 years of experience in a lead or senior role, preferably in modernization or transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure related topics and facilitating related meetings. Proficiency in agile methodologies. Knowledge of security best practices. Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), MS Visio, MS office suite. Experience with business analysis, project management, and production support activities. Gather and analyze requirements. Understanding of data modeling and SQL. Knowledge of agile frameworks, tools, and techniques. Understanding of data conversion, tools and techniques. Data analysis and mapping. Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Ability to manage team of business analysts and their deliverables. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and ensure timely delivery. Stakeholder management. Ability to present to large audiences. Understands change and risk management.
