Analyze business needs and document functional payroll requirements. Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to meet client needs. Solution Design and Configuration: Design and configure Oracle Cloud Payroll modules to align with client specifications. Develop functional specifications, workflows, and configuration documents. Ensure payroll configurations comply with local regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Implementation and Deployment: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment. Perform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Manage data migration and validation processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Training and Support: Develop and deliver training materials for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using Oracle Cloud Payroll systems.
