| Job Title: Data Scientist (must have: GCP & Vertex AI ) Work Location: Onsite - Charlotte, NC Duration: 12+ months Interview Mode: Video Session Visa: US Citizens Only Required Skills & Experience : 8+ years of total IT Industry experience 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering with a strong focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and managing GCP AI services like Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, and AI Platform Pipelines. Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and model lifecycle management. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Strong programming skills in Python or Java. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies. Desired Skills : Experience with other cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Experience with Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Hive. Experience with DevOps practices and tools. Familiarity with banking industry regulations and data privacy standards. Role & Responsibilities : Design, develop, and implement a model-agnostic, cloud-agnostic, and use-case-agnostic AI platform leveraging GCP services. Architect and build scalable, high-performance infrastructure for AI model training, deployment, and inference. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI model development and deployment. Integrate and manage AI services like Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, and AI Platform Pipelines. Develop and implement monitoring and logging solutions for the AI platform. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define and implement AI solutions. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and cloud technologies. Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for AI development and deployment within the organization.
