Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Support and Operation Engineer to join our team remotely in the USA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identity and access management (IAM) and a passion for providing high-quality support and operational services.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) environments.
Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the SailPoint IIQ platform.
Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and patches.
Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of SailPoint solutions.
Identify and resolve issues related to access management, provisioning, and compliance.
Assist in the implementation of new features and functionalities within the SailPoint platform.
Participate in on-call support rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in identity and access management.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ support and operations.
Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues in SailPoint IIQ environments.
Experience with system maintenance, upgrades, and patching in SailPoint IIQ.
Knowledge of SQL and database management.
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive attitude and a passion for learning and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other IAM solutions (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their IAM services.
Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
