The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client. Must-have skills: 10+y IT; 5+ years in managing projects; governmental exp; exp Managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT program(s) consisting of multiple projects; PMP. Requirements: IT and business/industry work experience (10+ years). Leadership experience (3+ years). Managing projects experience (5+ years). Experience working with IT and project management as it pertains to program areas such as reemployment services and/or community development or equivalent governmental program (2+ years). Project Management methodologies and tools experience. Experience as a Certified Project Management Professional ( PMP). Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT program(s) consisting of multiple projects. Developing program strategy. Supporting business cases and various enterprise-wide high-level project plans. Communicating with IT leadership, leadership, and IT Business Consultants to communicate program strategy, direction, and changes. Delivering all projects contained in the IT project portfolio on time, within budget, and meeting the strategic and business requirements. Tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments to Project Managers. Partnering with senior leadership of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of Client.
