Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated SailPoint Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support for SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any issues that arise.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint solutions.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to address technical challenges.
Perform regular maintenance and updates on SailPoint systems.
Assist in the integration of SailPoint with other applications and systems.
Document support processes and technical solutions.
Provide training and guidance to end-users and other team members.
Requirements:
Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Familiarity with identity and access management principles.
Knowledge of security protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Remote, USA (Open to candidates located anywhere in the USA)
