Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field; or the equivalent in work experience. Master's Degree is a plus. Project Management Institute (PMI) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus. Requires 7-10 years of work experience of which extensive experience in project management. Prior supervisory experience a plus. Experience with tools used for project management required. Experience with business process flow analyses required. Experience with an install of an enterprise wide application, a plus. Background in healthcare: Payer (Health Plan) strongly preferred. * Experience in all phases of project management introducing medium-to-large-scale. * Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills * Good software and application knowledge with base knowledge of relevant technologies with experience in software development lifecycle. * Solid verbal and written communication skills. * Proficient in MS Office products include MS Project and Visio.
