Job Summary:

This resource will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and management of identity and access management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint Identity Now. This person ideally will possess a deep understanding of IAM principles, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure the security and efficiency of our IAM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SailPoint Implementation and Management:

Design and implement SailPoint Identity Now solutions to meet business requirements.

Configure and customize SailPoint components, including workflows, rules, and connectors.

Manage and maintain the SailPoint platform, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Integrate SailPoint with various systems and applications for provisioning, de-provisioning, and access management.

2. Identity and Access Management:

Support the enforcement of IAM policies and procedures.

Support the development of access reviews & audits to ensure security policies compliance.

Manage role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) models.

Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues and incidents.

3. Collaboration and Support:

Work with client IT, security, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver IAM solutions.

Provide technical support and guidance on SailPoint-related matters.

Support the development of training and documentation for end-users and administrators.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IAM and security.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in IAM, with a focus on SailPoint Identity Now.

- Strong understanding of IAM principles, security protocols, and compliance standards.

- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., Java, Bean, XML, Power).

- Experience with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP), database management, transforms, SailPoint API, out of the box connectors, integration with ServiceNow

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified Identity Now Engineer, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
