Responsibilities: Coordinatevendorsandconsultants,andCLIENTITandbusinessstaffasassigned,intheexecutionofITprojectsandrelatedprocurements. Coordinateandoverseethedevelopmentofproposals,statementofwork,statementofrequirementsandRFPresponses. Assistinteamdevelopmentwhileholdingteamsaccountablefortheircommitmentsandremovingroadblockstotheirwork. Facilitatemulti-disciplinaryteamsinthedevelopmentofplans,goals,objectives,policies,andproceduresforcompletionofaproject. Overseeandmanageexecutionand/orcoordinationofday-to-dayprojectactivitiesasrequired. Manageworkingrelationshipswithkeystakeholders,includingexecutivemanagement,businessmanagement,vendors,projectsponsors,suppliers,andtechnologymanagement. Setprojectgoalsthatareconsistentwithtechnicalobjectivesandtheagencysoveralltechnologystrategy. Trackandcommunicateaproject'sprogressfromaschedule,cost,andriskperspectivetotheprojectteam,customers,andprojectstakeholders. Collaboratewithtechnologyleadsandsolutionarchitectstoincorporateagencybestpracticesintoprojectplans. Driveconsistentprojectdeliverythroughtheentireprojectlifecycle,including,executionofprocurements,definitionofprojectplans,resourceallocation,managementofprojectrisks,scope,andschedule,deliveryofvalue,andwell-orderedtransitionstooperations. Monitorprogressbythird-partyvendorsanddefineandmeasuretheirprogresswithmetrics. Developandmaintainprojectbudget,plans,tasklists,schedules,risks,andstatus,toincluderesourceallocationandschedules. AdheretoCLIENTandCLIENTprojectmanagementpracticesandgovernancerequirements. Exhibitsignificantemotionalquotient(EQ)inhandlingprojectchallengesandmaintainapositiveprojectcultureinlinewithCLIENTmissionandsharedvalues. Additionalresponsibilitiesasassigned. PMPCertificationthroughPMI ExperiencewithCLIENTCommonwealthTechnologyPortfolio(CTP)systemandECOSprocessisstronglypreferred. ExperiencewithProjectManagementOfficemethodologiesandpracticesisstronglypreferred. ExperiencewiththecoreCommonwealthITprocurementprocesses(RFP,CLIENTStatewideContract,andCLIENTSOW)ispreferred.
