Modify software to implement new functionality, fix errors, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces. Work with customers or internal teams on technical issues including software system design and maintenance. Analyze information to recommend and plan the installation of new functionality or modifications to an existing system. Design and developing software systems using analysis to predict and measure outcomes and design consequences. Contribute towards initiatives that improve the consistency and quality of our product. Work with the project team to maximize quality of deliveries. Qualifications : A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or any related field. Total 10+ years of experience is welcome At least 4 years of experience as a professional Software Developer using Java, J2EE, EJB, BEA WebLogic, HTML, JavaScript, Java Servlets and XML. Work under minimal supervision and should be capable of acting as team lead on assigned projects. Strong knowledge and skills in Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) and SQL. Strong knowledge in PL/SQL or Transact-SQL and good understanding of data modeling and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). Quick to learn new products and technologies. Strong understanding of all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle; experience in Agile methodology an advantage.
