| Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst (ServiceNow platform) Location: Charlotte, NC(Hybrid) Job Summary: The individual(s) will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions for integrating security operations, configuration management, and vulnerability management processes into the ServiceNow platform. Additionally, the SecOps developer will integrate security scanning tools in an efficient manner with the Now platform Roles & Responsibilities: 5+ years experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including scripting, platform configuration, design, and deployment Familiarity with development on the Now platform including customization of the HRSD application Custom application development on the ServiceNow platform including Studio, Service Portal, and Flow Designer ServiceNow Certified Systems Administration (CSA) certification. ServiceNow Certified SIR Implementor. Experience creating technical solutions for proposal development during procurement phases Experience with implementation of custom integrations (REST/SOAP, RestMessageV2, Flow Designer, Data Stream, Scripted REST API, File Imports, Spokes) Experience with Platform performance optimization Experience configuring and deploying ACLs Expertise with glide APIs used in Java Script to implement advanced features in ServiceNow Suggest improvements to network security capacity, and scalability.
