The ideal candidate will specialize in OpenText Identity and Access Management (IAM) and OpenText ID solutions. This role involves working closely with the client's customers to implement, manage, and optimize their IAM infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient access management. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Work directly with clients to understand their IAM requirements and develop tailored solutions. Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for improving clients' IAM posture. Implementation and Configuration: Design, implement, and configure OpenText IAM and OpenText ID solutions based on client needs. Integrate OpenText IAM solutions with clients' existing enterprise systems and third-party applications. Administration and Management: Oversee the lifecycle management of digital identities, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and role management for clients. Configure and maintain single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) mechanisms for client environments. Monitor and maintain the health and performance of IAM systems deployed at client sites. Security and Compliance: Develop and enforce access control policies and procedures to ensure secure access to resources for clients. Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to ensure client adherence to regulatory requirements. Implement and manage privileged access management (PAM) solutions for clients. Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IAM-related issues at client sites. Collaborate with clients' IT and security teams to resolve identity and access management incidents. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM configurations, processes, and procedures for clients. Train and mentor client staff on the use and management of OpenText IAM solutions. Qualifications: Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM roles. Proven experience with OpenText IAM and OpenText ID solutions. Experience working in a consulting environment is a plus. Skills : Strong understanding of identity governance, access management, and privileged access management. Proficiency in configuring SSO, MFA, and risk-based authentication. Experience with API integration and managing IAM in cloud environments. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Certifications : Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, OpenText certification) are a plus.
