| Location: Coppell TX Duration: 8+ Months Job Summary. Oracle HCM Benefits Cloud Consultant with US Benefits knowledge and Life Events Experience. Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Benefits. 10-12 years of Oracle HRMS/HCM Consulting experience. Minimum 5-Years of Oracle Global HCM Cloud end to end implementation experience with a focus on Benefits module. Should have completed more than three full implementation projects in Oracle Cloud Benefits. Provide functional application leadership and guidance to the team. Have a positive, dynamic, and flexible attitude, and should be an excellent team player. Ability to effectively work with end-users remotely Has excellent English spoken and written language communication skills. Document solutions clearly and share knowledge freely within our Cloud Community Display persistence to complete tasks and the rigor to ensure the solutions are thoroughly tested. Wider experience of HR processes from a business context Oracle Cloud Certifications would be preferred. Conduct workshops and advise the client on the best practices for adoption of the solution. Configure the system to match the business requirements and system design. Demonstrate the solution in design playback sessions. Create workbooks and documentation to support the system design. Build trusted relationships with the client and manage their expectations on delivery within the scope.
