About Us

We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Workfront Designer to join our team in San Jose, CA! In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between customer needs and innovative Workfront solutions. You'll be the voice of the customer, advocating for their success while ensuring alignment with global standards and Workfront governance.

What You'll Do
Become an Expert in Customer Needs: Consult with customers to understand their challenges, workflows, and desired outcomes. Translate this knowledge into clear and actionable requirements for Workfront solutions. (Keywords: Customer Focus, Requirements Gathering)
Design for Success: Define business processes, develop strategic roadmaps, and prioritize the backlog to optimize project delivery and value creation. (Keywords: Business Process Design, Roadmapping, Backlog Management)
Scrum Master Savvy: Actively participate in scrum teams, define goals, set priorities, and manage delivery alongside developers and stakeholders. (Keywords: Scrum Framework, Agile Methodology, Collaboration)
From Vision to Reality: Partner with technical and customer teams to ensure seamless development, testing, implementation, and roll-out of new Workfront capabilities. (Keywords: Project Management, Change Management, System Implementation)
The Customer Champion: Continuously monitor customer success and provide ongoing consulting or configuration to maximize the value delivered by Workfront solutions. (Keywords: Customer Success, Workfront Administration, Optimization)
Standards & Governance: Ensure all solutions adhere to global standards and established Workfront governance principles. (Keywords: Compliance, Workfront Governance)
