| From: ayush, Scalable Systems [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Workday Techno-Functional Consultant Location: Dublin, OHJob Description About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Techno-Functional Consultant with a proven track record in implementing and supporting complex HR systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Compensation modules. This role will be instrumental in driving the successful implementation, configuration, and support of Workday within our organization. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Compensation modules within Workday. Contribute to Workday project estimations, planning, and execution. Configure and implement Workday Time Tracking features including: Time entry codes and time code groups Eligibility for Hours only and in/out Time Tracking components Overtime and double-time calculations Mass Time Entries Work tags, minimum daily hours, and consecutive day double time calculations (especially for California employees) Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Project Time Tracking within Workday. Configure various calculations based on specific business requirements. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday Time Tracking and related modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Required Skills and Experience: 10+ years of experience in Workday HR and Finance, including at least 7 support projects and 3 full lifecycle implementations in Workday Payroll. Proven expertise in Workday Time Tracking configuration, including deep knowledge of overtime, double time, and complex calculations. Strong understanding of Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, and Compensation modules within Workday. Experience in Workday project estimation, planning, and execution. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
