Position: PowerApps Engineer Location: Chicago, IL-100% remote role- First preference always local to Chicago Duration: 6-12 Months Need Local to IL Candidates Exp Level: 13+ years Overview: We are seeking skilled Power Platform Engineers to join our team on a short-term contract to help scale up our development capabilities. The ideal candidates will be proficient in Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps and Power Automate, and have experience in developing custom Co-Pilots using M365 Co-Pilot Studio. This role involves close collaboration with our existing engineering teams to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and build applications in PowerApps. Integrate PowerApps with other Microsoft services. Utilize CoPilot Studio for enhanced development efficiency. Conduct testing and debugging. Provide training and support to end-users. Maintain and document developed solutions. Develop and maintain applications using Power Apps and Power Automate. Create custom Co-Pilots using M365 Co-Pilot Studio and integrate them into business processes. Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution. Support distributed developers and assist in developing governance models for distributed development. Participate in project planning and provide estimates for resource requirements. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to quality standards. Qualifications: Proven experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, M365 Co-Pilot Studio). Strong understanding of automation and agent workflows. Experience with RPA tools and intelligent document processing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus. Certification in Power Platform technologies is preferred. Experience with AI and machine learning projects is a plus.
