Your expertise will shape how users interact with our cutting-edge AI systems across various domains, from finance to healthcare. Key Responsibilities: Customer-Centric Design: Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their business use cases, creating detailed personas and scenarios that guide the development of effective conversational solutions. Technical Liaison: Partner closely with engineering teams, ensuring seamless integration of client requirements into robust, scalable solutions optimized for the Kore.ai platform. Conversational Architect: Define the end-to-end conversational experience, crafting intuitive dialogue flows that effectively address user needs and business objectives. Natural Language Optimization: Develop diverse utterances (user inputs) for various business intents to enhance the natural language understanding and responsiveness of our AI systems. Technical Support: Leverage your domain knowledge and technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and provide guidance to the development team. Strategic Prioritization: Scope and prioritize project activities, maximizing impact for both the business and the customer. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to create comprehensive test plans and certification criteria, actively participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Client-Facing Engagement: Travel as needed to conduct client presentations and discussions, showcasing our solutions and gathering valuable feedback. Essential Qualifications: Proven Experience: 6-8 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on conversational AI systems (RASA, Kore.ai, or similar IVR technologies). Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of cloud-based systems and web technologies (Java, JavaScript, JSON/XML). Tools Expertise: Proficiency with API testing tools like Postman and familiarity with Kore.ai. Domain Knowledge: Experience in at least one industry domain (Banking, Finance, Healthcare, Web/Social, etc.). Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. Problem-Solving Prowess: A proactive approach to challenges, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Generative AI Exposure: Familiarity with generative AI concepts and their application in conversational AI products.
