The PMs will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, cost estimates, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Project Execution: Coordinate internal and external resources, manage project teams, and ensure project milestones and deliverables are met according to the project plan. Stakeholder Management: Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project outputs meet required standards and stakeholder expectations.
