Our crypto-currency financial messaging partner SWIFT in Manassas, VA provides government support to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and private sector clients including Coinbase and Robinhood. SWIFT is seeking a System Developer with financial industry experience and 3+ years of server-side development with Distributed ledger technology (DLT) Smart Contracts, Solidity programming language along with Typescripts and Python scripting experience within an AWS and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environment. The objective of the System Developer role is to enhance SWIFT clients Robinhood and Coinbase systems with Ethereum financial messaging services, including design, develop and test SWIFT software using Smart contracts, Typescripts, Solidity, JSON, REST APIs & AWS and analysis of existing components. Our client SWIFT requires the weekly hybrid schedule of two days on-site in their Manassas, VA office and three days remote starting on day one of the long-term contract beginning August 26, 2024. The System Developer role is an 11-month contract (w/ possible extension) starting August 26. Job Description: Design, develop & test SWIFT software using Smart contracts, Typescripts, Solidity, JSON, REST APIs & AWS. Analysis and design of existing components. Support setup of test environment, write test drivers. Provide support to test environments, QA and Production as necessary.
