Your expertise in analyzing complex processes and translating them into actionable requirements will be vital in driving the success of our technology initiatives. What You Will Be Doing Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, content distribution, and business stakeholders to identify, define, and document business requirements for various B2B systems centered around digital asset management and distribution, content management systems, video processing, and event management. Lead and facilitate requirements gathering workshops, interviews, and discussions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business processes, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. Analyze and evaluate existing systems, workflows, and processes to identify areas for optimization and innovation. Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications, user stories, use cases, process flows, and other relevant documentation for development teams. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication, understanding, and alignment throughout the development lifecycle. Collaborate with leadership, architects, and development teams to ensure that technical solutions meet business needs and align with the company's strategic goals. Proactively identify potential risks, issues, and challenges in the project lifecycle and work to address them in a timely manner. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that developed solutions meet business requirements and facilitate the resolution of any issues that arise. Stay current with industry trends and advancements and apply that knowledge to drive innovative solutions within the company. Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or relevant experience. Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the entertainment or technology industry, with a strong focus on B2B systems, digital asset management and distribution, content management systems and video processing. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex technology projects, preferably within an entertainment or tech organization. Solid understanding of entertainment industry workflows, content distribution models, and technology trends related to digital asset management and distribution. Experience with project management methodologies and tools, as well as Agile/Scrum practices. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent presentation skills; must have experience presenting to senior executives (VP and above). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in creating documentation such as user stories, use cases, process flows, functional specifications, user guides. Experience with creating Business Process Mapping and Notation (BPMN) diagrams to document complex business processes. Familiarity with industry-standard software tools for requirements management and documentation. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a dynamic environment.
