As Discussed, Please let me know your interests for Below position: Position: Salesforce Technical Architect; Location: Remote; Type : C2C Visa : USC Position Overview: The Salesforce Technical Architect is responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to ensure that Salesforce solutions meet the needs of the organization and align with best practices. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design: Lead the design of Salesforce based solutions, including integration with other systems, ensuring scalable and secure architectures. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into technical solutions. Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. Customization: Oversee the customization of Salesforce applications, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and Apex code. Data Management: Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce, including data migration, data quality, and data governance. Performance Optimization: Identify and implement performance optimization techniques for Salesforce applications. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides. Training & Support: Provide training and support to endusers and other IT staff, ensuring effective use of Salesforce solutions. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 57 years of experience working with Salesforce, including experience as a Salesforce Developer or Administrator. Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role in Salesforce projects. Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred. Other relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect are also valuable. Skills: Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices. Proficiency in Salesforce development languages (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components). Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs). Experience with data modelling, data migration, and data integration. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Project management skills and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Preferred Skills: Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud. Familiarity with other CRM platforms and tools. Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools for Salesforce development. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
