Expert in Metadata management and tools. Advanced experience in Master Data management/systems and Reference Data management/systems. Advanced experience with modeling process creation and implementation. Experts in understanding business need to translate those needs into an effective model. Skilled in analyzing existing business system data, data profiling and source analysis. Expert using SQL Advanced experience with ETL architecture, warehouse implementations and experience with enterprise level ETL tools. Expert in designing and implementing data quality assurance processes to ensure ETL is correctly sourcing, translating and populating data. Advanced industry experience and understanding of key Healthcare data from EHRs, ERPs, LIS, Patient Portals, Practice Management, MPIs, etc. (Preferred but not mandatory) Expert oral and written communications skills.
