| Role: Senior Project Manager Google Cloud Learning GTM team Location/time zone Preference: USA, PST Hours preferred, Remote OK. Type: Contract Role Description: As a PM, you will help the Google Cloud Learning GTM team establish new Campaign, Social Media and Community processes and roll out improvements to support the Go-to-Market team. This includes building out ed-cals, reporting templates, tracking prior and current campaigns, social media and community efforts with Google Clouds x-org teams, and working across orgs to support global campaign and program launches. In this role, you will coordinate with CLS, Cloud Marketing, GCC, DevRel Ecosystem, Legal, Finance, Compliance depending on the nature of the project. This role will handle a variety of work, from managing spreadsheets and docs, to tracking reporting across marketing engines, and other ad hoc steps within the partner subcontracting workstream. You will help establish the framework and then oversee the running of the new process / procedure. You will also build upon relationships with our engagement management and technical account management team, expanding our offerings to them and optimizing repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-focused and able to multitask with varied priorities. You will be able to approach situations with curiosity, think through potential roadblocks, and be able to independently problem-solve Responsibilities Maintain campaign plans and update strategic timelines across social media and community engines Maintain a real-time project tracker for Stakeholders and incorporate new requests / feedback based on priority Coordinate with x-Google teams to ensure marketing, social media and community engines are supporting for Campaign and Program launches Train internal stakeholders on new process, as needed Help with the integration of social media and communities across other CLS GTM campaign and program efforts Minimum Qualifications (MQs) 5+ years of experience in corporate social media and community engines Program management, product management or consulting a plus Experience working with a cross-functional team and geographically dispersed stakeholders Ability to create and manage efficient, scalable processes Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Excellent independent problem-solving capabilities Preferred Qualifications (PQs) Experience working with marketing teams, technical and content teams to deliver successful projects Ability to distill and present complex information to executives and colleagues in a clear and appealing manner Excellent written, communication, project management and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on collaborating with partners and delivering cloud projects -- Keywords: active directory information technology golang Project Manager Google Cloud Learning GTM team [email protected] |
