This is an HR project using the Workforce solution for Time & Leave Management Job Summary: The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for writing, executing, and maintaining test cases to validate the functionality and performance of software. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a keen attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Test Case Development: Develop comprehensive test cases based on project requirements and specifications, ensuring coverage of all functional and non-functional aspects of the software application. Test Execution: Execute test cases to identify defects or issues in the software, ensuring that all components and functionalities are thoroughly tested. Defect Reporting and Tracking: Document and report any defects or issues found during testing in a clear and concise manner, using appropriate defect tracking tools. Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution of reported issues. Test Documentation: Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of test cases, test plans, and test results, ensuring compliance with project standards. Test Environment Setup: Test data preparation and test environment validation. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure a common understanding of project requirements and deliverables. Communicate test progress, test results, and any potential risks or issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in testing methodologies, tools, and techniques. Contribute to the enhancement of the overall quality assurance process within the project. Requirements: - Manufacturing experience. - Bachelor's degree in human resources (HR), Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst, preferably on software development or HR projects. - Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. - Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test plans. - Experience with defect tracking tools and test management systems. - Familiarity with different types of testing, such as functional, regression, performance, and usability. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies. - Familiarity with SAP, Workforce solution for Time & Leave Management, and ALMQC a plus. - Familiarity with HR Systems a plus.
