They are doing a Brownfield migration from ECC to S4. Need candidates who have done this migration from start to finish with ideally 10+ full life cycle SAP implementations under their belt. They will eventually help to build out a team. Must haves: Possesses in-depth knowledge of SAP modules for OCM 10+ full lifecycle SAP implementations Experience with migrations from ECC to S4 Hana 5+ years at a Big 4 consulting company like Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG or similar (Ideally have been a SAP Consultant for a Finance or Construction organization) Lead SAP migration teams and project plans Sharp and presentable in front of the business is a must Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the SAP Migration Project Functional Lead. This individual will play a crucial role in overseeing the functional aspects of our SAP migration projects, ensuring the seamless transition of their systems and processes to the latest SAP platform. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP modules, business processes, and migration strategies, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities: Management - Lead and guide several functional sub-teams through all phases of the SAP migration project. Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes. Partner with the client to ensure outcomes align with their expectations. Functional expertise - Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP CRM modules. Analyze current business processes and functionalities to identify areas of change/improvement during the migration. Provide expert advice on SAP best practices and ensure the implementation aligns with organizational goals. Requirement Analysis - Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring alignment with SAP capabilities. Cross-workstream support and collaboration - Support major cross-workstreams activities such as: data migration, change management/training, cutover and integrated testing. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred. 10+ full lifecycle SAP implementations (Experience with migrations from ECC to S4Hana a plus). 5+ years at a Big 4 consulting company. In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and functionalities. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
