Job Title: Application Support Specialist Workday (onsite) Location: Greater Boston, MA (Onsite from day 1 - Only local candidates) Duration: 6+ Months Contract Job Description: We are seeking an Application Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves supporting business units, with a focus on Workday and Salesforce. Responsibilities include monitoring and triaging system integrations, managing email and ServiceNow ticket queues, facilitating user requests, collaborating with vendor support, and documenting incidents and resolutions. The position also involves assisting with data inquiries, system access certification, and basic reporting and system automation efforts.
