Good experience with Conversational AI Platforms. Understanding of cloud-based systems and knowledge of domains such as Banking, Finance, Healthcare, Web/Social, etc. Proficient in software development and web technologies. Working knowledge of Web Service Concepts, JavaScript and/or Java, JSON/XML. Skilled in using tools like Postman or similar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in presentations and discussions with sales and engineering teams. Desirable Skills: Experience on Kore.ai is preferred. Exposure to Generative AI and its concepts with conversational AI products. Good experience in understanding business requirements and creating chatbots in Kore.ai XO Platform, Search Assist. Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to manage multiple high-level priorities in a fast-paced environment.
