Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to think strategically and align customer experience initiatives with business goals.

Desirable Skills:

Experience in a customer experience role within the media, entertainment, or consumer packaged goods industries.

Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Familiarity with customer journey mapping and design thinking methodologies.

Certification in customer experience management or related fields.
