Must have CIS - HAM certification. Onboarding required to gain CAC card. Partner company needs to have an FSO (or equivalent security person) to submit the VAR to the security office directly through the DISS system. EAM TC to support custom requests, flows, portal coordination with CSM. Need advanced scripting experience and professional, consultative demeanor in front of the client. Solid understanding of the EAM product and able to seek clarity through the PD, SA, and Product Success and Product BU teams whenever needed. Develop and unit test submitted user stories, enhancements, and defects. Demo completed work during biweekly Sprint Reviews. Participate in team meetings, Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospectives, Release Planning, and story refinement sessions.
