The Task Order Proposal must include the following: Resume(s) of proposed staff Documentation/evidence of any job-related credential or certification claimed on resume Time and Materials quote according to contract Statement of understanding of scope of services THE ASSIGNMENT OF WORK IS CONTINGENT UPON: Selection of an acceptable task order proposal resulting from this task order proposal request. Selected candidate may be required to complete a successful Background Investigation. Selected candidate may be requested to provide further documentation of education credentials and/or certifications. Selected candidate may be required to participate in an in-person or Microsoft Teams video interview. Scope of Work: Contractor will provide Division of Highway Services (MCDOT) professional IT services in the area of application development, geospatial data analysis and data presentation, and enterprise-level system integration. Contractor will provide candidate(s) with Expert experience in: 10+ years of experience in application development using Visual Studio .NET and JavaScript. Experience in management of geospatial database in Microsoft Azure or other industry standard cloud platforms. Experience in developing Google Map applications. 10+ years of experience in ArcGIS Suite including ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS WebAppBuilder, ArcGISPro, ArcObjects, and ArcSDE. Experience in database management tools using SQL scripting language for MS SQL Server, Oracle, and MS Access. Experience in deployment and system integration with enterprise level systems. Experience in system integration with Cityworks System and Siebel CRM System. All proposed candidates will be rated by the following criteria. If candidate(s) are selected, the Task Order Manager must select the top-rated candidate(s) based on this Evaluation Criteria.
