The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in QA and Power BI, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in SQL. A background in healthcare is a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Execute manual and automated testing for various applications to ensure the quality of the products. Identify, document, and track software defects using established QA processes and tools. Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and ensure the quality of the software. Conduct regression testing to ensure new functionality does not adversely affect existing functionality. Power BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements. Perform data analysis and develop data models to support reporting needs. Create and optimize DAX queries to ensure performance and scalability of Power BI reports. SQL Development: Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures. Analytical and Problem-Solving: Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective test plans. Investigate and diagnose issues, providing timely and effective solutions. Continuously seek opportunities to improve QA processes and methodologies. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product managers. Provide clear and concise communication regarding project status, issues, and risks. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 4-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Power BI development. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query. Strong SQL skills, including writing and optimizing queries and stored procedures. Experience with MS SQL Server. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Healthcare Background: Experience in the healthcare industry is a significant advantage. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
