Responsibilities:

Responsibleformaintaining,supportingandtroubleshootingthemiddlewareinfrastructurehostedonMainframeandDistributedInfrastructure.

Responsibilitiesalsoincludeauditing,automating,maintaining,andremediatinginfrastructureandSecurityvulnerabilities.

Youwillassistinwritingautomatedscriptstoperformtroubleshootingtasksanddevelopingdashboardstoimproveefficienciesandincreasevisibilityofoperationalmetrics,andinfrastructurevisibility.

Participatesinpost-incidentreviewstoidentifyprocessimprovementopportunitiessuchasproceduralmodifications,increasedinstrumentationcapabilitiestoproactivelydetectanomaliesand/orintroducinginnovationthroughautomation.
