| SAP ISU Remote Contract VIsa: All except opt and cpt , Rate: As per market implementing and optimizing SAP ISU (Industry-Specific Utilities) and SAP C4C (Customer for Cloud) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP ISU, SAP C4C, and a deep understanding of the utility sector. Key Responsibilities: Implement, configure, and support SAP ISU and SAP C4C solutions for utility clients. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design and develop custom solutions and enhancements to meet business needs. Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective use of SAP ISU and C4C systems. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and defects in a timely manner. Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and industry best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP ISU and SAP C4C implementations. Strong understanding of the utility industry and its business processes. Proficient in SAP ISU modules such as Customer Service, Billing, Device Management, and Work Management. Experience with SAP C4C configuration, customization, and integration. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. SAP certification in ISU and/or C4C is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA. Knowledge of ABAP programming. Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP UI5. Understanding of integration technologies such as SAP PI/PO.
