He/she has strong knowledge of CC configuration and integration with SOM & CI components of SAP BRIM CC solution. Work with SAP BRIM and its systems (FI-CI explicitly + general FI-CA) Help define business requirements and process design (including scenario design and flow mapping) on SAP BRIM (Subscription Order Management, Billing, Revenue, and Invoice Management) related processes and functionalities. Create SAP BRIM functional designs, prototyping test planning and execution, training coordination, and documentation of operational support procedures. Design, set-up, test, and deploy prototype and production solutions for SAP BRIM and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly with other modules and/or applications. Support business units daily using Convergent Invoicing: Bit / Billable Item / Invoice Corrections Troubleshooting / Debugging Feature / Modification Intakes Testing / Documentation Incident Intake / Handling Stakeholder Management Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD), Business Design Documents (BDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided. Ability to configure SAP BRIM CC module and deliver work products / packages conforming to the Client's Standards & Requirements. Strong configuration hands on experience in SAP CRM/SD modules.
