| Job role : .Net Lead Job Location : Dallas TX from day 1 Onsite Only H1B or H4-EAD Orchestrate Onsite Lead Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Onsite Azure .NET Lead to effectively design develop applications and manage offshore resources and effectively collaborate with Freeman Dev teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# and .NET Core, Web API/Rest API, Microservices, and SQL Server, along with experience in Azure and exposure to front-end development using Angular. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage offshore development teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Work closely with client teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET Core. Design and implement Web API/Rest API and Microservices architectures. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Conduct unit testing using XUnit and NSubstitute. Utilize Azure services, including Azure file storage, Pipelines, Releases, and Deployment. Apply Agile development methodologies to manage and deliver projects. Utilize Git or GitHub for version control and collaboration. Implement state management on the front end using NGXS. Work with RabbitMQ and SignalR for messaging and real-time communication. Use Docker containers for application deployment. Implement authentication and authorization using JWT. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members. Required Skills and Experience: Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core. Expertise in developing Web API/Rest API and Microservices. Solid experience with SQL Server. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Proficient in unit testing using XUnit and NSubstitute. Experience in front-end development using Angular. Experience with Azure services and infrastructure. Knowledge of Azure Pipelines, Releases, and Deployment. Experience in Agile development methodologies. Proficiency with Git or GitHub for version control. Familiarity with state management using NGXS. Experience with RabbitMQ and SignalR. Knowledge of Docker containers. Experience with authentication and authorization using JWT. Nice to Have: Experience with SQL Server Merge Replication. Qualifications: Strong leadership and management skills. Ability to work effectively with both onshore and offshore teams. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
