Must be a Technical Product Manager with experience in handling development of Data Products Job Description This role is an exciting opportunity for a talented Manager/Senior Manager to drive the product vision, strategy, execution, go to market, and distribution plan to deliver solutions for Knowing Your Traveler (KYT) thus bringing membership to life for the clients Card Members. This Manager/Senior Manager should be a dynamic individual that can work closely with leadership and has the right ambition to drive value for the Card Member. Minimum Qualification 3+ years' experience in travel domain or minimum background in financial domain At least 3 years of experience in technology product management or data-related products. At least 3 years of experience in Software Architecture and Software Development. Experience with agile methodologies and rally. Demonstrate the ability to learn and be curious to understand and master the travel domain. You are excited and passionate for the travel domain. Self-starter with the ability to think creatively and strategically Ability to present, influence, negotiate, and experience in leading discussions with senior leaders where decisions need to be made. Engaging and able to influence internal business unit leaders and partners to understand customer needs and pain points, collaborate on new/relevant product concepts, and co-develop solutions to ultimately drive value for our travel card members Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Strong interpersonal skills to inspire followers and innovation Demonstrate the ability to maintain a positive attitude and sense of humor in the face of chaos and challenges Has a successful record of leading and coordinating business, delivery, and technology teams to define, prioritize, and deliver on a product roadmap Strong management skills that will take full ownership from analysis through implementation. Experience with APIs: basic understanding and previous exposure of how an API works. While we do not expect you to code APIs, we would expect you have given thought on developing APIs and API strategy. Understanding of technologies supporting development and implementation of ML solutions at Enterprise scale. Knowledge of Platforms Hadoop Big Data Education Bachelors in related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineer) Masters in related field is a plus Thanks & Regards.....
