Duties The contractor will design and develop RESTful services for integration and support of Countermeasure Data Management System (CDMS) used for COVID-19 and other infectious disease rapid test scheduling and COVID-19 and other infectious disease vaccine administration. The contractor will also perform continuous integration for build and deployment as well as work with relational and non-relational databases. OFR approved Other Infectious Disease expansion. Mandatory Requirements Experience (10+ Years) Specializes in analyzing, designing and implementing information systems. Assesses the suitability of information systems in terms of their intended outcomes and liaises with end users, software vendors and programmers to achieve these outcomes. Uses analysis and design techniques to solve business problems using information technology. Serves as change agent, who identifies the organizational improvements needed, designs systems to implement those changes and trains and motivates others to use the systems. Requirements This is an 100% Onsite 84 months of working with Oracle WebLogic, Oracle Service bus including installation, deployments, configuring data sources, and patching in a production environment. 84 months or more of configuring, managing Linux systems in a production environment. 60 months or more of managing, configuring infrastructure and application monitoring. 36 months or more of working with Chef, Puppet and Docker. 36 months of application deployment and monitoring using application monitoring tools. 60 months or more of configuring and managing continuous integration systems. 60 months or more of working with virtualization technologies and cloud services.
