FULLY REMOTE WITH SOME TRAVEL TO RALEIGH, NC. Job Description: HEALTHCARE CLIENT is seeking an ORACLE Program Manager with extensive experience of managing Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations. The position will primarily be responsible for leading and managing a large Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation. (FINANCE AND HR). The selected candidate will lead the Rollout team for one Business Unit consisting of business and IT Teams. The candidate is expected to plan and schedule project activities, coordinate with stakeholders, provide status updates to leadership, manage resources and training needs, manage risks and execute cutover/testing cycles during implementation. Required Qualifications: MUST HAVE A PROVEN TRACK RECORD SPECIFICALLY MANAGING LARGE SCALE ORACLE IMPLEMENTATIONS. HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS. Should have 9+ years of experience in implementing Oracle ERP with at least 2 end to end. Strong skills in Program governance and delivery including blueprint, discovery, design, rollout Understand business requirements and be able to convert into implementation roadmap and bring in diverse perspectives. Ability to review requirements from a cross- functional perspective and interdependencies. Work with multiple stakeholders to articulate value and drive consensus Have the End to End understanding of a companys processes. Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills. Strong leadership and delivery management background. Ability to lead different tracks to ensure completeness of solution activities for the project. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Implementing Oracle cloud. Ability to track and manage complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams. Experience managing a team Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
