| No H1b Please (Need 9+ year experience) Only Local to NC candidate with local DL copy Title: Automation Tester Location: Greensboro NC (Hybrid onsite) Duration: 6 Month Contract to hire Rate: $50-55 max Must have skills: Strong Ready API experience Experience with Groovy scripting Responsibilities: Test Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Guidewire applications using industry-standard tools and frameworks. Test Execution: Execute automated test scripts, analyze results, and report defects in a timely manner. Test Planning: Collaborate with QA team members, business analysts, and developers to create comprehensive test plans and test cases. Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring they are resolved and validated. Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the automation testing process. Integration Testing: Ensure seamless integration of Guidewire applications with other enterprise systems. Regression Testing: Perform regular regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not impacted by new releases. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of test scripts, test results, and defect reports. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: o Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing with a focus on test automation. Technical Skills: o Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar. o Strong scripting skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. o Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar. o Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
