They are not expected to write software but should be able to contribute to design and architecture discussions based on previous experience. Strong Communication: The candidate should be comfortable communicating with senior leadership up to and including VP or SVP. TPM Tooling: The candidate should have several years of experience using Jira and Confluence to manage and track program execution. What are the day-to-day responsibilities Building out plans for program execution Orchestrating and driving execution of said plans and tracking progress Managing risks and issues, communicating and escalating where necessary Communicating status and risks to leadership. What is the makeup of the team The program manager will be responsible for working across an internal team of about 50 software engineers and managing dependencies across several (20+) teams across the broader Global Tech organization. The program manager should have experience managing at this scale.
