Good knowledge in Oracle Core HR, Time and Labor and Payroll modules Good knowledge in Oracle Journeys and Redwood implementations Good knowledge on payroll concepts Elements, Balances, Payroll Relationship, Calculation cards, costing, US Taxation, Reporting etc. Hands on experience with creating Fast Formulas across all the key modules, Fusion Reporting tools like BIP, OTBI. Hands on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) HCM. Able to do technical validation before loading the data based on the data object definition. Experience of working on large scale, complex transformation projects. Work with the functional team and prepare and load HCM Data Loader files. Investigate and resolve HCM data loader import and load errors.
