The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in EComm domain, Agile methodologies, story creation, and PI events. This role demands a blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to effectively translate business needs into actionable requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Agile Methodologies: - Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile frameworks. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and continuous delivery of value. 2. Story Creation: - Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive user stories. - Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to gather and define requirements. - Ensure that stories are well-defined and ready for development teams. 3. Program Increment (PI) Events: - Knowledgeable in PI planning and execution. - Participate in PI planning sessions to ensure alignment of business goals and technical capabilities. - Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage backlogs. 4.
