Focuses on technological solution delivery by guiding and inspiring strong coding practices and solid software design decisions. Work closely with product, technology, and testing teams to deliver efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities 1.Pick up BWCE development stories to code using combination of initiative/experience and learning from leads and teammates 2) Demonstrate code in review to team 3) Participate in team meetings/agile ceremonies 4) Participate in other technical calls as requested 5) Update Jira with comments relevant to work being performed, roadblocks, task creation 6) Unit testing 7) Communicate with teammates- including asking questions and volunteering information 8) Documentation updates/creation as appropriate 9) Production support 10) Be able to balance multiple tasks within sprints between two different teams 2.Interviews o How many rounds 2 rounds o Video, phone, or in person Candidate is expected to be on video without headphones o How technical will the interviews be 1st interview is technical and soft skills, process, communication skills, organizational skills; 2nd interview is highly technical I would appreciate your valuable reply.
