Job: Must Have: workday studio and workday payroll As a Workday Developer at Southwest Airlines, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining Workday solutions to support our evolving business needs. You will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective Workday configurations, integrations, and reports. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Workday configurations, integrations, and reports, primarily focused on payroll processes. Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Leverage Workday Studio to build custom calculations, reports, and integrations. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Workday system. Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related issues in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with Workday best practices and new functionalities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Proven experience in Workday Studio, including report writing, calculated fields, and integrations. In-depth knowledge of Workday Payroll functionality and processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with other Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Benefits) is a plus.
